We’re building AI that reads, interprets, and monitors trade law
Sphere’s system reads unstructured legal text, reasons about how it applies, and produces tax determinations across every supported jurisdiction.
Continuously collects statute law, regulations, administrative guidance, bulletins, case law, and private letter rulings from official government sources. Monitors for changes. When a jurisdiction updates its rules, the system detects it and flags every affected determination for review.

Given a product and a jurisdiction, TRAM reads the relevant authorities, interprets how they apply, weighs conflicting guidance, and proposes a determination with full citations and reasoning. Multi-step legal analysis, not keyword matching.
